Bruce Lisanti

Chairman

Bruce Lisanti is the Chairman of BlueVolt Electric Partners and a seasoned operator with a track record of building and scaling businesses through acquisition. A former General Electric executive, Bruce brings enterprise-grade rigor to founder-led environments—combining strategic vision with operational discipline.

His most directly relevant experience to BlueVolt comes from his time as Senior Vice President at Rental Service Corporation (RSC), one of the most successful roll-ups in U.S. equipment services. There, Bruce led the internal M&A team that sourced, acquired, and integrated over 40 companies across construction, industrial services, and commercial maintenance. Under his leadership, RSC scaled from early-stage to $650M in annual revenue, completed a successful IPO on NASDAQ, executed a $60M secondary offering, and was ultimately acquired by Atlas Copco and later United Rentals.

Bruce architected the internal integration playbook—standardizing systems, scaling regional operations, and turning acquired operators into high-performing business units. His experience mirrors BlueVolt’s vision: consolidating a fragmented trade, maintaining local integrity, and building a scalable, investor-grade platform.

In addition to RSC, Bruce has served as CEO and President of multiple growth-stage companies, including Medical Informatics Engineering (scaled from $3M to $18M+), MicroPlanet (international expansion and exit), and the SaaS division of Authority Brands, which was successfully acquired in 2023.

Earlier in his career, Bruce spent 12 years at General Electric, where he became VP of Sales & Marketing for a $1.2B division. He holds a BS from the University of Illinois and completed advanced leadership training at GE’s Crotonville program.

At BlueVolt, Bruce provides board-level guidance, institutional credibility, and firsthand playbook execution as the platform scales nationally through acquisition.
